ABOUT THE CHEF
Born, raised, and educated in the south of England, Susanna became interested in the culinary arts at an early age when traveling to France every year with her family.
In addition to summer work on luxury barges touring the wine districts of Burgundy and the Loire Valley, adventures in India, Africa, and Australia led to a successful ten- year career as head chef on a fleet of privately owned sailing and motor yachts in the Mediterranean, Caribbean, and North Atlantic.
Arriving in Vermont 19 years ago, Susanna worked in some of Stowe’s finest restaurants before opening her Private Chef and Catering company.
Her goal is to provide you with outstanding food and exceptional service which, not only reflects Susanna’s high standards and commitment to quality, but also your own sense of style and vision.
Actively supporting the local economy and promoting healthy long-lasting eating habits is her community mission. Her intent is to enhance the lives of those who choose to hire her by helping them create a memorable occasion which fulfills their innermost wishes, whether it is an intimate dinner for two or a sumptuous feast for a hundred…….
